Provide developmentally appropriate education to students about their peers' medical conditions or grief experiences to promote understanding and empathy.

Collaborate with counselors, social workers, and teachers to develop individualized supports for grieving or medically fragile students.

Peer Support & Awareness

Facilitate activities that help classmates learn how to support one another, decrease stigma, and build compassion.

Facilitate School-Based Grief Groups

Lead structured, developmentally appropriate grief support sessions within the school setting, offering students a safe space to process feelings, share experiences, and build coping skills.

Crisis & Transition Support 

Assist during times of acute loss, diagnosis, or end-of-life situations affecting the school community.
